Hey, i went to a college fair today and found the college that looks good on paper. But I was wondering if any of you have ever heard of this college. I was planing on going to Uti or Nti. But this college looks to good to be true. Can any help me out on the decision of which college is best for me.
I know a few guys who went there. One is a mason now, one works for Mann Wireless, and the other is a BMW mastertech or something. All have good things to say.

I went there, graduated Dec 07. I've been working on Volvo trucks since graduation.
Take whatever BS the recruiters told you and throw it out the window. I have mixed feelings about my experience there, but a lot of that has to do with what I was expecting (Recruiter's BS). Overall, the school is pretty good and you will get out of it what you put in. If you actually try and apply yourself, you will get a good education. I would recommend NADC over NTI/UTI any day.
The surrounding area of the school absolutely sucks. Terrible part of town, lots of crime etc. I would highly recommend getting an apartment closer to Goodlettsville/Hendersonville rather than on campus/close to campus if you decide to go to school there.
If you have any specific questions feel free to PM me.

I have 5 buddys that went to that school and all of them now work in the automotive field. All of them were pretty happy with school though all of them said they wished the High Performance part was better. Nashville is a great town with plenty to do and its fairly close to some other large towns as well.

I'm not sure on the hi-po fab, but I took hi-po engines and thought it was great. Lots of hands on with the engines, porting heads, 5 angle valve jobs, flowing heads, engine dyno, chassis dyno, the list goes on. The only thing I didn't like about hi-po was they added a "High performance lighting and sound" to the class. It wasn't bad as I learned to make custom fiberglass speaker enclosures etc, but it didn't belong in 'hi-po engines'.
