GT500 Stripe Delete?

Can anyone tell me if the stripes on a GT500 are painted on or not?

Also, is removing the stripes going to be noticeable, in terms of the paint underneath not matching up right?

The stripes are decals and they can be removed easily with no paint damage. If you have not done this type of work it would probably be best to have a professional remove them.

Thanks guys. I wouldn't do it myself, I know I would end up screwing something up!

Good to know!

Thanks again.
