EX helps is the perfect bridge between glaze and wax or glaze and sealant.Plus the EX bonus is ITS VERY WET also giving the perfect combo.

great. so i've just ordered Collinite 915 to use after Klasse AIO on a silver car. Big mistake? From what i understand, i should have stuck with a glaze as opposed to a wax, is this right?

No man collinite after the KAIO will be nice, and the combo will give you great durability.

AIO is awesome. I use it all the time. I have used SG one time at that was enough for me. It is way too finicky. I much prefer EX-P. That's so easy to apply and remove. Can anyone comment on the durability of SG?? EX-P is decent, but I'd like something that would last a little longer on my daily.

Just did my car with AIO and a buffer, topped it with Souveran...here's the result. I wouldn't clay bar unless you really needed it (i.e. noticeable crap on your finish). DEF wouldnt clay bar that new black shelby

Your car most likely will not gain anything from being clayed, and depending on the clay it is an abrasive and can mar the finish... So unless you want to polish the crap out of it, it is most likely unnecessary for your car. Clay mainly is used to remove contaminants that bond to the paint like sap... I clayed my 99 BMW when I had it back in 06 and I didn't get hardly anything off the paint. Cars that sit outside are more susceptible to contaminants and industrial fallout etc. If your car is garaged, then a simple wash and AIO or cleaner wax is plenty.

I'm sorry but your info is really mistaken. Clay when used properly with quick detailer or lube will not mar the paint. It will remove all the gunk embedded in the paint. New cars definitely need a clay bar. Do the baggie test, take a plastic bag and run your fingers over the car and feel all the crap in the paint. You would be surprised how much crap is a new paint from shipping and sitting in port waiting to be delivered.

I always clay a new car. They are exposed to the elements and all sorts of contaminants can end up on the finish.

Is vanilla moose glaze better on lighter colored vehicles or does it not matter?

I bought the Red Moose Glaze, is that as good a product as the vanilla? I read it as the red is for darker colors and the vanilla is for lighter colors.

Lastly, can I use my red moose glaze on my windows applied with PC blue pad mid speed?
Thanks

Red Moose will work well on all colors. It just happens to excel on darker colors. I don't think you'll gain anything using it on your windows though.

Oh, ok, the only reason I mentioned the windows was because I noticed in the description for the product online, it says to try it on your glass and you will be amazed!!!

i use the VMG on windows not RMG but if you have KLASSE aio thats what you want to use on outside glass. VMG works well on any color , so does RMG but IMHO i feel VMG give more clarity, while RMG is a little wetter and tends to darken darks.

I'm not good enough to clay bar a black car...I consider myself an excellent detailer but that's one I would not touch.

So your saying there is a difference between claying a black car vs a grey one?

Have you tried both?

thx

Claying is just as effective no matter the car color. If people feel they will cause damage to a black car, then they are not using enough lube.
