Trying to match stuff for both black and white

My buddy and I are about to purchase the newest PC. Ive been doing a lot of research but want to make sure these products can work for my white and his black vehicle.

Wash: Megs Gold class
Clay: Zaino clay (leftover) Need a QD to go with it
Polish: PC orange pad Menzerna Intensive Polish
Polish: PC (white or orange?) Menzerna Final polish

For the white car: White Diamond Glaze
For the black: Black hole glaze

Follow both up with P21S carnuba wax or Wet Obsessions. Havnt decided yet
Can I apply a coat of Opti-seal at the end?
Should I add poorboys EX-P in there somewhere?

If you're going to use a glaze; don't bother with using a sealant.

Choose which look you like better (you'll have to try it both ways)...

If you're going to use a glaze, you really don't need to bother with two. Just pick one; Black hole or Clearkote Red Machine Glaze would be my choice (RMG gets the nod from me).

Follow the glaze with the 'nuba of your choice. Wet Obsession will be wetter and more reflective (I'd use it on both; but def. on white); P21S will be softer/warmer/slightly deeper (use on black).

OptiSeal is a great product; but only use it post-polishing after an alcohol wipedown. Otherwise it won't bond/coat as well. You can apply it over an 'old' wax job and it will do ok; BUT it will try and 'float' the old wax to the top of the surface in an attempt to bond. Putting it over a wax doesn't do anything good except waste time and product.

Same goes for EXP. I'm not a fan of EXP. It looks 'ok' on white, but durability is so-so and it allows for surface etching probably worse than any product I've ever used. The only good thing is that it's easily applied.

For your final polishing a white pad and Menz. FP should work well. You'll want to use PC speed 6 all the time for polishing other than when you first spread the polish.

And as far as a quick detailer, if you just want something to clay with you can use car wash soap/water. If you actually are looking for a nice quick detailer...Optimum OID concentrate is great, Mixxer on here swears by Clearkote QuickShine for black, FK425 is also nice all around.

Good luck!

Those items will certainly work. Personally, I would use p21s on the black and optiseal on the white. doing a glaze, wax, sealant and then another sealant, really wouldnt be necessary. Eventually, you reach a point of diminishing returns w/ all of the layers of different products. Keep it relatively simple imo. For instance, on the black car, just Black Hole and P21s wax would be enough. For white, White Diamond and one of the waxes or sealants (I'd go optiseal).
And fwiw, exp will do better against usually polutants/environmental garbage and carnaubas tend to do better against etching from bird crap.
and I like Quickshine too, but I usually prefer it on light color cars! Leaves really nice slickness on the surface

Ah thank you guys. Deffinatly makes things easier.
The PC package i found comes with 5 "UBER" pads. Are these the same as LCC or should I buy LCC pads only? Dempled or smooth?

You can't go wrong w/ LC pads. I always suggest the 5.5" ccs pads on the PC. I think they work best. I reserve the 6.5" pads for flex or rotary use.

Not sure what "Uber" pads are...link?

5.5" LC CCS pads work great on the PC. The smooth ones work ok as well, I prefer the CCS for PC and smooth for rotary.
