Everything came out beautifully I could have not been happier. But now a few month later the swirls of my doing are returning (every where but the bumper) and I believe a waxing is in order. So, what should I do now?

Swirls have to be polished out. Do not wetsand the car again. Sounds like someone good did your original wetsand, as these cars have a very thin clear coat that is easy to FUBAR wetsanding in the hands of a DIY'er or relatively new to wet sanding.
Anyway, as I said, they must be polished out. You can get glazes and waxes that hide it by filling them, but with time, washing and UV exposure they will come off the car re exposing the swirls. You probably need a new washing method if your swirls are coming back so soon.
