At $59K there should be a bunch sold.
There are dealers that will ADM these, but when you are in the market, and really look, you can find the deal you want for any (almost) car.

Assuming these are produced in large enough numbers to actually be available for that price, this is going to be a problem for Ford and GM. x2 if they put the engine in a Charger.2004 Torch Red Cobra Vert

Yeah, dealers will likely mark them up, at least initially. The base price is definitely lower than I expected. I will be interesting to see how fast they sell if dealer markup doesn't get crazy.

At $59K base ( most likely 6 speed manual ), I look for Dodge to produce quite a few of these cars, ie: that of the 2013-14 GT500. So, for an estimated $63-64K for 8 speed automatic, this car is a great bang for the buck if you can afford it.

Definitely a game changer if this is true. Pricing for competitors is either going to fall or they're going to come out swinging with some nice performance gains next year. Should be interesting to see!

Most of the ZL1 guys are crying right now about this car. All they like to bring up is id rather have a car that corners lol. Or i can build a car for less that is faster. Show me a car with factory warranty that runs 10s for this price.
07-16-2014, 07:56 AM #23
Wow! Thats a low price. I would expect a giant markup initially. Dealers are going to take advantage.
2013 5.0, Black, Auto, Procharger P1SC stg 2, Circle D 3c, Kooks axleback, BMR control arms

Color me impressed. That is probably the 6-speed base model price. if I were to guess, the fully-loaded auto will come in right above a fully loaded 13-14 GT500, when it's all said and done.
I'm personally not a fan of the Hellcat, but I would make sweet love to a Charger with this engine package.
Now we need Ford to come back with a nice counter-punch.2014 GT500 - Oxford White PP/TP/Recaro/Shaker/Nav - 13-6 Kit w/ 10%OD, LT/OR H-Pipe (715whp)
