    Lightning/F-150 blower sale!!!

THIS SPECIAL HAS ENDED-FRPP HAS RAISED PRICES AGAIN

FRPP just dropped pricing on Lightning and F-150 Whipple supercharger kits.

Prices are as follows and will only stay at this level until FRPP raises cost again.

M-6066-L90 99-00 Lightning upgrade kit in black $2700.00

    M-6066-L90P 99-00 Lightning upgrade kit polished $2900.00

    M-6066-LR 01-04 Lightning upgrade black $2700.00

    M-6066-LRP 01-04 Lightning upgrade polished $2900.00

    M-6066-F104 2004 F-150 5.4 3 valve kit in black $3700.00

    M-6066-F104P 2004 F-150 5.4 3 valve polished $3900.00

Those are total shipped prices as long as you're not in California or Minnesota and as I said the prices will change as soon as FRPP changes their pricing to me.

What does this include? Intake? EGR? Wire extensions? Or is it just blower, plenum, and midplate

Heres a couple links to the FRPP pages,

Lightning- Ford Racing Performance Parts [M-6066-LR*]

F-150- Ford Racing Performance Parts [M-6066-F104*]

I've actually never seen what comes in the box with the Lightning kits, I'm not sure why but i don't sell many of those kits as opposed to the Cobra/Mustang kits that I do about 40 a year.

I'm relatively sure these are Gen 1 blowers, they've been in stock at the FRPP warehouse for a while now and they want to clean house.

Judging by your user name you probably know more about the ones FRPP has on hand than either FRPP or I do ;)

Regardless of the Gen1-Gen2 issue it's a killer deal on a really nice blower kit.

Update this when you find out what is included. The link does not say much.

If there is an air filter in the box, thats all I need to know.

Just the basics like it shows in the link, blower, misc hardware (ic bolts I bet), blower oil and a Pro-cal tool voucher.

O.K. time to revise the kit contents.

I sold one to a guy in New York yesterday and he got it today and he cracked it open to see what came in the kit and it's EVERYTHING.

It's a full install kit including airbox, intake tubing, thermostat etc, etc, etc.

The shipment was 180 lbs including the pallet if that helps, I know a Cobra Whipple kit only weighs about 65 pounds.

He's going to try to get pics and post them up but hopefully this clears up any confusion caused by the earlier posts.

    Ok. I'm very interested.

What is a ProCal tool? Any info on this thing, I assume it is something like a Predator?

And, to be clear, these Whipples work with the stock lower right? As the kit comes (unpolished for an 04) what sort of boost will it generate on a stock motor? Do you specify the blower pulley size?

    Thanks,
    Ron

The Procal is a hand held flash programmer that comes with the FRPP tune for your truck with this kit on it.

These are supposed to give about an 80 hp gain with the blower and tuning. If these are like the Cobra Whipples they come with a 3.5 inch pulley.
