Who tuned it? That spin, shift, and then immediately shift again would drive me nuts.

Thanks guys. I tuned it and it's doing exactly what I am commanding it to do. Works perfect! Shifts right where I want and exactly how hard I want it.

Beautiful car! Your trans tune needs some massaging though.

Maybe I missed it, but what is everyone talking about with the shifts? It spun and tapped the limiter once. Was he suppose to just let it peg it instead of having the car shift and bog a little?

Stock motor and low boost for now. I will turn it up next year when I get a built block.

Hopefully soon. I would like to get it on a dyno first and verify a few things, then I will take it out.

    Really? Please explain.

Ha Ha Brad. It is the same stretch of road.

I'm not sure. It was the Advance Trac that kicked on when I tried to go from 2nd gear. I usually leave it off when the roads are a little warmer, but with the temps being cooler, I just left it on.

    Hmm

    No
If the trans shifts are set right it won't ever hit rev limiter and the car will shift and burn through the next gear and keep going. I will say this it takes a lot of in car trans tuning to get it right and most tuners don't take the time.
Justin from VMP tuning did mine.

    Awesome car!

Yeah, probably should have mentioned that. I am still not too comfortable when the roads were as cold as they were. Cold roads and traction don't go well together. LOL
