600hp/620tq
My car is running great and is holding 19lbs of boost throughout the RPM range.



Foofinator's ride:
Built billet rodded stroker 302
Whipple 3.4l on 27lbs 120 Race Gas with 19* of timing
Every other bolt on
Stock IRS w\3.55s
640hp\740tq
His car makes 30lbs on the hit and then bleeds off to 21 or so on the big end with a rollercoster of 30-25lbs through 4k-6k due to some belt slip.

Huh something is wrong there he has 40hp/120tq more than you and you pull him. Or did he let off? Good run either way.. What was the outcome of the other runs?

Why are Foof's numbers so low? Foof has a whipple 3.4L vs the 2.3L, has extra displacement 302ci vs 283ci as well as running more boost. I mean he is hitting 30psi and you're telling me he's only putting down 40 more hp then a car with significantly less boost and engine buildup?

first of all how come a 27psi 3.4 makes 640hp on 120 octane race gas? i would expect to see around 750+rwhp.:shrug:

Sweet ass cars! But yeah, somethings up with the 3.4 car. I have a 2.8 and made 644rwhp on 19lbs with 100 octane. Time for a new tuner or something..lol.

740tq? That's freaking ridiculous. But I did expect the hp #s to be higher. I still think the 3.4L is probably too big for our 281 and even 302ci modulars. Bad ass car, nonetheless.

Just about to say that. It's the Yellow cobra he raced. You can see the cowl hood as clear as day.

He probably has low ass HP numbers cause he's slipping the shit outta the belt. Belt slip usually doesn't affect TQ to much.
