Here's a recent pic I snapped while in Toronto at the annual Greater Toronto Area Mustang Club BBQ/Show&Shine. I was also lucky enough to pick up a trophy for Best Interior for '94-'98 Mustangs.

Actually, not much. I have a CDC lightbar, Bullitt pedals and a Ford soft tonneau. What made the difference between my car and the others? I guess it was the low mileage( very clean interior ). Not much wear. ie: I don't use my stock matts.
One of the judges said I should have went for best paint also.
