Best place to get T45 rebuild kit and fork?

I have a T45 with a busted shift fork and a decision to make. I can Purchase a T3650 from a guy I know for around $200 or I can rebuild my T45. I really only need the 1-2 shift fork but I might as well rebuild while I'm in there. I'm leaning toward to rebuild rather than dealing with the swap. I've had some trouble locating a good rebuild kit and fork(other than from Ford). Has anyone rebuilt their T45 and/or recommend a good vendor to get what I need?

Thanks.
