EGR Delete help for 1994 Cobra

I have an EGR delete plate as well as a cap for the headers. If I take the EGR off and cap the headers, do I need to have anything done to the computer?

Yes. The tune needs to delete EGR.

Consequently, don't do it. EGR helps with mpg and performance.
