Well I'd recommend these 3 items to start...

1. Springs - H&R Race springs are very popular race/street springs. They are still comfortable on the street, but perform well on the weekends at the track.
2. New Shocks/Struts - On an 03, your OEM bilsteins are probably worn by now. I'd replace them with a new set of Bilstein HD's.
3. CC Plates - to help align the car after lowering.

After the above 3 items, I'd highly suggest fixing some of the handicaps in the IRS rear end.

1. Subframe Bushings
2. Control Arm Bushings
3. Differential Mount Bushings

All 3 above will help the IRS work better, prevent wheel hop, and improve handling.
