I placed an order last Thursday that I've gotta have by this Tuesday.
I called them several times throughout the day on Friday, but only reached their voicemail. Email has received no response yet either.
Just curious if other people weren't able to reach them, or if someone knows why they'd be closed on a Friday.
This isn't a thread to bash them. I've have my Cobra 1.5 months and already placed 2 orders through them with no issues, prompt delivery, and great customer service.
no man, don't worry about it. i live about 45 mins. away from their shop and they are cool stand up guys. but there are only two of them and they're very busy. i've personally spent $2500ish with them so far, as well as referring other people to them, and i will be buying more from them very soon. in fact i just spoke to them thursday or friday about a cage, and all was good. if you need your order by a certain date, just let them know and i'm sure they'll get you taken care of

Yeah, my experience with them so far has been excellent. My 2 previous purchases were needed last minute and I had them both overnighted. Everything went great, and that's why I chose to use them again for these items.
Honestly, the things I ordered were cheaper on Ebay, but I knew I'd get the items by the day I needed with no troubles.

At this point the items will need to be overnighted since they haven't been shipped yet and I need them by Tuesday. Hopefully I can reach them tomorrow and get everything straightened out.
