The pics above are a welded/port plenum and port TB. A welded plenum is where they fill in the dimples in the plenum and port out the inside smooth and big with no bumps.

It is not where they weld the plenum to the TB. See this one that he posted- no dimples in the outside where the bolt holes are to either the TB or eaton.





And here- see the two holes in the top- use to have two bumps here for the IAC bolts.
