How many 04 Cobras were test driven bySVT

My car came with a certificate stating that it was tes driven by SVT. How many cars are tested out of each specific model?

Were ALL of the '04s test driven by SVT? This is the first time I've ever heard of so many that came with the certificates. Why would SVT have to drive every car? Standard procedure? And how many miles were on the odometers upon delivery?

Mine had the note from SVT - it also sat at the dealership for about 8 months prior to me bringing it home - so it had some extra miles on top of that too.
