Posi Performance Ported Blowers......

Here's some info on my blowers. Contact#1-502-489-0136 Hours are pretty much any time.

Quote:
If you send in your blower I need your screen name and your real name. Or as much information as you can give me so there's no trouble connecting the two. Please do this to ease things along and I can pm you on here with the progress. Thanks.
Quote:
Race Ported Eaton $430

Match ported Dragon TB/Plenum to race port at time of porting $449 That will go up soon so jump on it.

Stage 4 Upgrade to my "Race" spec's $230

Stage 3 Upgrade to my "Race" spec's $230

Stage 1 Upgrade to my "Race" spec's $230

True Forged Blower upgraded to "Race" spec's $250

Stage 1 blower please see True Forged.

Quote:
If you are confident that you can just send in your blower case I'll knock $50 off your port. I can tell you how to take your blower apart and put it back together very easily. If the rotors show any scarring I'll need pic's and recommend if you or I need to work on them. I work on the case already but the rotors I might need to see and work on if they have excessive scarring.

Car #1

2.81" upper only with 1st Generation K&N filter, MRT H-pipe with cats, and Magnaflow catback

Car made 501 hp with the stock unported tb/plenum

Then with ported stock tb/plenum it made 508/490

Not to many cars making over 500 Corrected or SAE hp with an upper only on them period.

Car #2

This was a re-worked Stage IV that I did and the prices are above for this. This is an automatic car so that's why the numbers are lower. Here's the last graph of the old port compared to my re-worked blower. No pulley changes and it was ran on the same dyno as before. Also I did a "true" egr delete on this blower and it did absolutely nothing. Kind of surprised me.

He's a member here and his screen name is BADASS03SVT and thanks Jake.
[/quote]

Also I'll add this had some lower intake work done on it also.

3500rpms - 32hp and 49tq! should help w/ 60s. I will give the gain some credit due to a higher start rpm last year.

4000rpms - 13hp and 16tq

4500rpms - 10hp and 13tq

5000rpms - 14hp and 15tq

5500rpms - 7hp and 7tq

6000rpms + is the same....seems Im at the peak of the Eaton power/rpms?

Just look under the curve at what was picked up. This is easily going to be felt on the street and at the track. This car will hopefully be in the 9's as soon as the tracks open or shortly thereafter with a small shot of Nitrous.

I also do mild lower intake work. I am sorry but I do not have any numbers for this but I wouldn't sell it if I didn't have confidence it's easily worth what I'm asking. They are $150.

Thanks,
Brian

Here are some links concerning the blowers above that are pretty good to read.

More product info and we're still working on a website.
Products

Car #3Here's a dyno and numbers from a Re-worked Stage 1 to my "Race" Port specs.
Alright finally got a car with some higher boost dyno'd with my port. Really happy with the results. It was a Stage 1 (gotta say that) that was re-worked to my spec's. Really pleased that it made a good peak hp high in the rpm's and then carried it out afterwards without falling off to much. Which is what I'm really pleased with.

Car was dyno'd the same place it was before with the Stage 1 on it and all I did was re-work the blower and then ported the stock tb/plenum some more. It was already ported pretty good by the guy that owned the car but I did go back over it.

Before numbers were 464/520

After numbers running basically an adjusted tune to the same before tune were 520/566

For an improvement of 56hp/46ft lbs of tq.

About a 11.8 a/f ratio and 21*'s of timing.

This blower really dropped off at about 5,500 before the rework. Now it makes peak power higher in the rpm range and then doesn't fall of nearly as much.

All tuning was done at Blankenship Tuning and Performance.

Previous best at the track was

7.64@94mph. 1.80 60ft

He ran Saturday and with a worse 60' and here's his new best.

7.50@97mph. 1.83 60ft

That was a very careful run. Our track had been repaved from 80' on out and two cars had already hit the wall. Maybe not from the track itself but I'd say most people were being a little easier on their cars than usual. This car should see 99+ mph in some good conditions pretty easy.

We're looking to be a part of a couple records this year so stay tuned. Hopefully 2 Eaton cars in the 9's. I was going to go for 10's in my car but I put my Whipple back on it so my blower is being borrowed to go fast.

My car with my 3rd port ever from what anyone knows of is the fastest Ported Eaton (no nitrous) Convertible in the country. It had more in it also.

Car is not set up for drag racing. It's got H&R Race springs and then anything that I could take out was removed. Nothing in the trunk, removed passenger/rear seats, and removed front sway bar. Plus the Hoosier QTP's and skinnies. Also has 3.90's in it. 60' wasn't the greatest either. Race weight with me in the car was 3,760lbs I think.

That blower has been worked on since then from what I have learned. Should be the most ported Eaton ever, anywhere.

Sooner or later that blower will probably go back on my car to shoot for 10's. I'm just not sure when.

Also for anyone that purchases a port I will allways ask them to post Corrected/SAE numbers and never standard numbers. Standard doesn't do anything for me.

Standard is allways the higher numbers on the dyno before the correction factor. I have no need to use those to sell my ports.

Thanks again,
Brian

Nice prices and great results Posi. 501rwhp SAE corrected with 2.8 only is awesome! A couple quesitons, how much is it to port the stock tb/plenum? Also, I've told by many people that I need a "front drive rebuild" on the supercharger. How much would that cost? Thanks!

Edit: just saw the price for ported tb/plenum.

Quite frankly on the front drive rebuild I woudn't do it unless there's noise or some other issues going on. I've only seen 2 Eatons ever lock up. One was bought and purchased from an individual and the guy drove it for two weeks before it pretty much locked up. He still made it home. Then said he checked for oil and there was none.

I'll be looking into rebuilds but honestly I just don't think many blowers at all would need them.
