strange Noise from whipple
Last couple of days my whipple started making this weird murrmur noise. It starts at idle through all rpm range and gears. No boost loss. Best I can say about noise is like turning a electric motor< rc car> by hand. Its the Gen 1 with plenty of miles. Any guesses.....

Take the belt off and see how freely it spins by hand. You might be able to hear or feel something going on inside.

Joe, I listened to your video and I can't hear any specific, strange noise that sounds unfamiliar. I would definitely remove the belt and see when spinning it by hand if you hear anything. I would also call Whipple and talk to their customer support folks. Maybe you can email them the video for them to listen to. Worth a shot.
