19Psi would be the max I would run on pump fuel and only 18deg of timing. 21-23psi on a 2.3 you better log Iat's, they will be very high. I know my 2.3 at 21.5psi at the track my Iat's were 178 out the back.

My numbers are SAE. This graph doesn't show A/F. This pull was a little on the lean side for me at 12.0 so we backed it down to 11.5 and made 659.

looks like you are getting a bit of belt slip or spark fade up top. might need another degree of timing on the big end ( if its spark )

"skaarew04svt" on here made SAE 704.8/655 rwtq & STD 719/668 with the follwing with E85.

Specs:
STOCK block, stock heads, stock cams, stock manifolds, catted X

Twin GT pumps, GT 500 BAP, dual FPDMs, stock rails, -8 feed, 80 ln inj
24 degrees timing (yes it continues to gain more beyond 23 degrees)

I've got FORE Rails on mine though. I can't get to any blower base bolts to lift the blower. I have to pull the entire blower with lower intake attached .

Numbers are on par for a cammed car. Cams are a great mod IMO, just too bad they cost so much on our cars. Lol.

GEN2 2.3, 19 psi , 11.5 A/F, 20 deg timing, 104 Octane 681/666. It was a 21 psi pulley that bleed down to 19 at WOT so I am sure if I would be able to keep it at 21psi I would be over 700.
But the block is also bored to 283, LTs, Electrice water pump, high output alternator.. which I believe that combo also helped with the numbers.

I have a KB 2.6, no good number yet cause I cant tune it for over 5400 rpm yet, but at 5400rpm mine made 604/598 on 93 octane at 19/20 psi. My buddies car is an 04 with a 2.3 Whipple and his made 648/623 on a cold run at 20psi and 93 octane. He immediately backed it up with 630/615 run. He runs a 3" upper/2 lb lower. Our tuner does some amazing stuff. But our cars are just fun cars, we rarely run them at the track adn tghey aren't our daily drivers so we will probably run a blend of 93/100 for a 995/96 over all mix for safety. if I was runnning it at the track alot i definately wouldnt run 93 in it all the time.

I can't believe you guys are tuning up to 19/20psi on 93 Octane only. I guess it could be done with small amounts of timing, but man it's risky.

Whipple 2.3 gen 2. Back to back pulls. This was the old set up on 21 psi. Will be interesting to see the new one.
