I knew this time was slowly approaching. About 4 months ago, my cobra became my daily driver and I simply can't afford it anymore. Car payment, insurance, gas, and oil change is costing me roughly $1000 / month.
I'm the 2nd owner. I bought it for $35k in summer of 2007 with 3800 miles and the whipple already on it at a stock 13psi. I've dumped roughly $6k in more upgrades since then. I upgraded to 19psi at about 6000 miles. I have babied the car and still I have not seen a cleaner cobra in person. Always garage kept. Most mileage has been put on in last 4 months (90 miles round trip to work...). It has only been down the 1/4 mile 5 times. My best run was a 12.35 @ 125 with a 2.17 60'. That tells you a lot... 1) I'm not coming off the line hard at all... 2) this car is easily a 10 second car. She really is a beast. I've never done a burnout in the car. I did all the upgrades so I could have some street fun, impress at car shows, and scare passengers and cars around me. :-)

Stock half shafts. Stock clutch. Stock input shaft. I never had a reason to upgrade them since I never raced it hard or launched. Hilarious... I've never even barked or spun the wheels shifting. I granny pedal the car so bad...
No fuel system upgrades besides the BAP and 60lb injectors.

Sick car, but why does everyone who builds a high hp car always say never beaten on.
Its the truth. After I put the KB on my car, I drive it less aggressive then when I was N/A.
More power = stronger mindset not to do anything stupid.
