I saw you say that you have had many nice Built/modded cars so I figure I would throw something different at you. Would you be interested in a 2001 Ford Lightning with a engine/turbo build?
When everything is all said and done it will be making 800+ hp and will still be a daily driver.

If i were to trade for a lightning which would honestly be a slim chance as they just dont interest me as much being the car guy i am, it would have to be either silver or sonic blue and be modded perfect for my liking.

I having a fast pick up is pretty fun, especially when you get to see the expressions on peoples faces when they just got beat by a truck

Yeah, im considering everything people throw at me trades wise but i have my main interests. I normally wouldnt mind a project... ive had many before but im looking to stay with something that is pretty much done already at this time. I dont really have the time right now to mess with a project since im going back to school and i have a lot of other things going on or i would be more open to one. Im sure ill own a lightning sooner or later since im always trying new and different things. I was actually looking for one awhile back but changed my mind before i actually bought one and now im more into the car thing. lol Thats what happens when you have A.D.D. when it comes to vehicles! lol

Dude, that coupe is bad ass and ive always been a fox fan!! Only thing keeping me from trading is the fact that i have a lein on the car. Ive traded before as ive been dealing with the same credit union for years but it has to be for something my bank is willing to loan on. Must be 8 yrs old or newer and less than 100k miles. Thats why i was really looking for a C5 z06 or a CTS-V.

Yeah man, no harm in asking and like i said, if i wasnt in this position, id def be interested in taking a clean turbo coupe on trade plus some cash cause yeah, it would look pretty sick next to your lightning. If it doesnt sell and i decide to keep it and mod it, when i get in a better position, i want to pick up a silver metallic lightning to match.

Oh yeah, your def not alone man. Its an addiction/hobby i guess and i thought i was the odd ball cause i go through cars so fast. All my friends and family call me neversatisfied which is actually my screenname on some of the other forums. Lol! Im always looking to try something different so i get a chance to own and experience a little of everything i like. I miss a few of my past rides but what can ya do? lol I love this cobra and def one of the most fun cars ive owned! If i didnt have A.D.D. with vehicles and i wasnt already itchin just to try something else again, it wouldnt even be posted here.

Cobras stock are 8.5:1 compression right? Why would you go lower than that?
I believe it was the combination of the new .20 over JE pistons with 4 valve reliefs along with the portwork on the heads that dropped the compression a little lower. To be honest, i dont know all there is to know about mod motors, just going off what ive been told.
Les at Quartermile is the guy that built the motor in this car so if anyone wants to give him a call and ask him specs/questions about anything, im sure since he posted here he would be happy to answer them for you.
