Is this a good unit? A customer of mine gave it to me, it looks pretty much brand new. But by looking at it it doesnt look to good for someone inexperienced? Any suggestions?

Well I answered my own question. I tried it on a part of my 91 escorts hood and I put some pretty nice holograms in it. So this thing isnt going on the stang. Guess I just have to cough up the dough to buy a PC.

The holograms don't have to be the fault of the bufffer. What products did you use? What pad did you use, at what speed was it running and how long did you work it?

O yeah I agree, I didn't mean for it to sound like I was saying its the buffers fault. Im just not experienced enough to use this kind of buffer. But I used a wool pad, at around 1300 rpms. Not sure how long.
