    Still kinda new here and would like a tutorial with some of the abbreviations used around the forum.
    I've dealt mostly with 60's muscle so I throw around things like M22, 427BB, 12 bolt posi, pop-ups, you get the idea.
    I could not find a thread like this under search so, here we go.
    What prompeted this is that a member was kind enough to offer some advice for me and I am ashamed to say, not really sure what the abbreviation meant.
    I know some, help me with the rest and PLEASE add on to the list!
    And BTW, I did figure out one of the abbreviations over on the pic/video buffett. PIITB, which BTW, my wife still will have no part of!

    AFAIK = as far as i know
    AM = American Muscle
    BAP - boost a pump (Kenne Bell)
    BAS - Boost A Spark ( ll ll )
    BF = BilletFlow http://www.billetflow.com/

    CCRM - Constant Control Relay Module
    CC - caster camber plates
    C/O- Coil Overs
    COP - Coil on Plug
    DMM- Digital Multi Meter
    DOHC = dual overhead cams
    EGR - exhaust gas recirculation
    FPDM - Fuel Pump Driver Module
    FL = full length
    FLSC - full length subframe connectors.
    FRPS - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor

    GWSFC - Global West Sub Frame Connectors
    HCM - Head Cooling Mod
    HE - Heat Exchanger
    IAC - idle air control
    IAT - intake air temperature
    IC= intercooler
    IIRC- If I remember correctly

    IMRC- Intake Manifold Runner Control(used on 96-98 B head Cobras, not Terminators)

    I think COP stands for Coil On Plug.

    Don't feel bad, I just realized the other day that FLSC stands full length subframe connectors.

    Dont feel bad dude people bust out with new stuff all the time. And I thought the Marine Corps had a lot of acronyms for every damn thing? This place is worse!!

    SBTB - Single Blade Throttle Body
    RSD - Rear Seat Delete
    BAS - Boost A Spark
    WOT - Wide Open Throttle
    HE - Heat Exchanger
    FRPS - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor
    PPRV - Positive Pressure Reducing Valve

    Just a few I could think of. . .

    EGR - exhaust gas recirculation
    IAC - idle air control
    IAT - intake air temperature
    MIL - malfunction indicator lamp
    OBD II -onboard diagnostics

    and something I noticed, SC could also mean Super Charger

    and a question, wtf does BAB mean?
