Educate me on solid axle swap

Currently looking to get a 2004 Termi with a Solid 8.8 GT rear end swap, I know there is info out there but I have not found anything that goes into much detail... Is this literally a bolt up affair no cutting grinding/welding etc? Dont want to buy something chopped up..

It is basically "plug and play." What are the details on the SRA? is it stock or built?
