Swithcing to an SRA will probably be the biggest weight drop you can make. I dropped nearly #150lb off the car.

K-member w/ tubular a arms and not a weight reduction but for better ballasting move the battery to the trunk. Those two alone will remove 100lbs off the front of the vehicle and the battery puts the weight on the lightest tire the passenger rear. Drag wheels also made a big difference.
