Awesome pass. How do you like the faceplated trans? There's something awesome to me about a single-digit T56 but I'm not sure how I'd like the faceplating. Do you drive this car on the street? What octane are you running?

I love it, one of the best mods I have done to the car. I drive it on the street a good bit. Its not bad at all. If you double clutch the gear changes its like a normal t56. I run 116 on my race tune

What all did you do to fit that 3.4 under stock hood? and do you have cams or just open exhaust? car sounds sick!
Just notched the hood brace on the underside. Longblock is stock. Also exhaust is kooks longtubes and o/r x with bassani mufflers dumped
Very nice! I love a 6spd car that runs like this. The car looked like it launched and transferred weight very well. What size slicks?
28x10.5

Racecraft kmember with solid motor mounts. Don't have any pics of the hood but its the mainbrace coming on the underside of the hood. You going 3.4? I'm selling mine
he's 7 mph shy of being required to run a parachute with a stock engine and 6 speed wow
7 mph is a lot...

No doubt it's tempting!!! I was just curious as to what it took to get the 3.4 under the stock hood. Your car is rolling out fosho!
Actually I may be selling my 04 to my cousin... he's trying to get out from underneath a few things 1st. He made me promise since the day I bought it that if I ever decided to sell it I'd give him 1st dibs... but he's a little low on founds right now with the economy the way it is. I told him I could probably sell the 2.3 and put the stock Eaton back on it to help offset the price for him some. I bought it new in Oct of 04 and have only put 6,700 miles on it and figured if I'm not gonna drive it I might as well sale it... LOL. If I do move the 2.3 and for some reason my cousin isn't able to buy the car, I will definitely be checking out the bigger blowers. I know Whipple is promising the 2.9 for the 03/04's eventually. If I do sell the 04 I'll probably wait and see if the new Shelby GT 500 gets an aluminum block and Eco-boost (rumored twin turbo) for 2012 or 2013! There was no way I would have ever dreamed of getting rid of the 04 for the previous Shelby, but this new restyling has got me thinking real hard about it!

Congrats again on your times!!!
Thanks . Btw I love watching your cars at the track. I've only seen the cobra once at the track, but your coupe is so clean and wicked fast
I think I just wet my pants ! How well does it idle and drive on the street? Also, do you have any interior pictures? Just curious to see what a 9 second Cobra looks like on the inside .

Idles like stock, suspension is alittle nosiy due to solid bushings but I drive it a good bit on the road. Interior is stock other than my gauge bezel and factory helmet option
Picture is blurry, what kind of tranny is that? Looks like a Power Glide, sounds like a 6 speed, and I see a clutch. All I see in your threads is that it's a Liberty built one.

Sorry for the bad pics but its the factory t56 that I sent to liberty to be built. Its faceplated and all the other goodies. The trans is out of the car in the picture
