Do you have any suspension work done to you car?? Maybe if you tried power shifting that would allow you to break into the 12s. I hit 12.8 the other night @ 106mph. Cut a 1.7 60'. And I am only making 275whp. Use to think I had 295 until I went back to see my tuner and he told me he forgot to calibrate the numbers to make them right.

Ditto.

Also, what gears do you have? 3.73's or 4.10's should get you into the twelves on a sticky tire. Speaking of which, do you use drag radials? If you can get some et streets on the stock rims with some skinnies up front I'm sure you will hit 12's. That's if your clutch can handle high rpm launches. Good luck.

For an example, I have a friend with a 98 with slightly ported P.I. heads, stage 1 cams, 4.10 gear, and a decent suspension setup. This car puts down around 290 wheel and has run 12.40's. I want to say the 60' times were 1.60's or so. He has a TKO 500 as well, so it gets shifted rather hard too. All things to think about if you want to hit that mid to low 12 pass.
