    Thats not good. The perfect coolant temp is 212 deg F. You want it to get to at least 212 F each time you drive it. Get your tuner to put overheat protection in your yune as well so if it gets up over 244 degrees it shuts off. I put that in every tune I do and have saved countless engines...

    If tuned properly then it would be perfect fine. however, they probably turned off the rear o2s and if tuned using a flash device that changes the stock tune you'd fail regardless.

    Its not bad just get it all nice and hot first and it should come out easy. yes fouled o2s will dump fuel in the fuel trims, in closed loop the o2s control fuel. At 50k miles you can see o2s start to shift and begin reading skewed.

    fill it with the engine running might help to diagnose any eec iv or eec v you need a moates quarterhorse. Use the fuel error over rpm and airmass to see if its your maf or injectors that are acting up. your a little past 50k miles on them o2s. definitely time to change them.
