Anyone out there running 17x9.5/17x4.5 race star setup on their cobra? I’m considering trying them out but unsure on fitment and tire size. And not sure if the fronts would clear ats calipers.
Im in the same boat as you with my 01. I say bolt ons and just enjoy it for what it is. Putting a blower on the stock bottom end is pretty risky just to still be beat by bolt on gen 3 10r cars.
Tough to say. My 2001 cobra has 200k miles on the body and seems as reliable as anything. With that said, everything on the car has been replaced.
Issues you’ll run into are leaks and worn suspension components and maybe a few electrical gremlins. But nothing that would leave you stranded most...
I’m currently running sve series 2 wheels which was about the only thing that was available during Covid. I’m really not happy with the deep dish look.
I’m thinking of keeping it simple and go with 03 machined replicas in 17’s or possibly 18’s. Also considering ssleens just to not make it...
Honestly, it's perfect for my needs. It's rough around the edges compared to say a f150 and lacks tech but very reliable thus far. V8, no start stop, no cylinder deactivation, ect.
I traded in a 2015 ECOBOOST for it that was non stop issues and I have no regrets. Mpg is the same despite what...
I have a 2017 Nissan Titan with LED headlight system. I have a message and warning light on the dash stating that there's a "headlight system error". As far as I can tell, everything is working fine so I'm a little unsure why it's not happy. Any way for me to diagnose this myself?
Curious... What gives the predator more displacement over the coyote? Longer stroke or larger bore? Or both? What we do know is the DH definitely doesn't have a predator shortblock.
Why would peak power be at 9k? If anything, the larger displacement would lower peak power using the same cams. With a flat plane crank yes but I'm saying to use the CPC from the predator.
True but my point is on paper, the gt350 is still on top N/A and that car is 9yrs old. This car with a CPC 5.2 rated at 530 would make it a lot easier choice over the gt to the average buyer and justify the price. Does the window sticker even show the rotating assembly difference and transmission?
