Any pistons that got hit are damaged and should be replaced. They now have sharp edges on them from the impacts which will cause hot spots and detonation. They also could have been weakened from the hit.

The crank can possibly be saved as long as the damage isn't too bad. A good machine shop should be able to resurface and polish damaged journals.

Those heads look like they need to be totally redone. Hot tanked, valve job, check/replace valve guides and resurface. If you were thinking about TFS heads already now is the time to do it rather then throw $ at those to make them right.
We dont have a machine shop like that here in the bahamas
