Im wanting to run either a 295/35 or 305/35 in the 19" flavor. I've flipped thru 55 pages of wheels n tires, what offsets would be needed to keep all the tire and rim ever so slightly tucked? I want to hang a plum bob down the fender and see a 1/8 to 3/16" gap between string and tire/wheel. I'm guessing on the 19x11 It should be 56-58mm offset and 19x10 around 46-48? Any advice will be appreciated.

Assuming the 295 on the 10" and 305 on the 11".

275 35 19 on a 19 x 9.5 with 33 ET is just tucked inside, no rub or what not.
Some will depend on how low and your camber. I was dropped on eibach springs and had like 1.4 negative camber.

so that being said, a 10" with 295 and a 41 ET will have same outside edge.
a 46mm will bring it in 5 more mm. So i'd say anywhere around that will be good.

rear on 11 should be in the range of 54-58.
So i'd say your on the correct page!

Thanks blownby, Im definitely going 19x11 on rear. Im not lowered and dont plan on it due to my location and the crappy roads. 295/35 is the size Ill be going with. Ive read some things bout the bump stop bracket on the top rubbing not sure if that will be a concern seeing im not lowered and going 295.19x11 with 56mm offset just gotta pick what forgestars to go with. Hell I like bout all of them.

You will love the forgestars, I'm running the same brand rims you have just matte black CF10 and in 20 in. I have a 315 on the rear and there is no rubbing at all. Im pretty sure if I had anything wider it would rub.

The 295 should fit fine but with an 11 in rim I think the perfect width is a 305 or 315.

Sharp setup Riddick, I figured I'd start with 295 so wouldn't have to tweak my tune just yet. Next set will probably be 305's
