Just bought a 2.6L Kenne Bell for my ‘02 Lightning, the truck is a stock block and has a few supporting mods like 255 walbro’s, fluidyne single pass heat exchanger, larger aftermarket aluminum radiator, predator tuner.

Are the Kenne Bell boost-a-pump/boost-a-spark necessary to run my new 2.6 KB? Also what else do i need to install this blower? Im only planning on running 12-14#’s of boost until i build the bottom end

The radiator was a waste of money.
Your tuner is likely going to need replaced as most places wont support it.
The boost a pump and boost a spark are not needed at all.

Checklist for a bigger blower:

Needed:
Fuel pumps
Injectors
Maf
Tune
Plugs

Should add:
Valve body
Exhaust
Traction bars
