Prefer local pick up in Northern Virginia but would be willing to deliver to Mustang Week.

Are these any louder than stock mufflers?

Yes. I have them on my car with no cats and M80's for resonators and love them. Loud when you want them to be and silent when you want them to be and absolutely no drone.
