Is it normal to see so much chop in your curve at upper end of your RPMs? Is that clutch or belt slip?

Klaus, not sure if it is normal or not. You can see it on both my 535rwhp dyno and on my more recent 610rwhp dyno sheets. Could be belt slip, could be transmission (A6 stall converter?) could be ??? I am still trying to track that down, that is actually why I went to dyno. Was hoping that was gone after changing plugs.

Also, that is why I videoed the boost pressure. I do not see a blip in boost which I would expect with belt slip. So, I am still at a loss on that subject of why it has a little breakup. I guess it still could be spark blowout, maybe still need to gap tighter.

I picked up 80whp with e85 through a Fore fuel system. Same pulley, same everything except the fuel system n E85.
