Attention WCF Racers... All racers MUST ARRIVE on Wednesday or Thursday of the event!
We need to get all racers parked inside the pits and tech inspected before the masses of spectators arrive on Friday morning. Tech Inspection will be all day on Thursday (one day only). There will also be an Early Bird Test Session on Wed & Thurs if you would like to test. Racers cannot arrive on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Spectators can arrive any day Wednesday - Sunday.
We know that some of you need to take valuable time off work, but we need to make sure the event flows properly. This is the same schedule as last year. With an event this size we can't have racers trapped in the huge spectator lines on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Help us pass the word and tell all your racing buddies so all WCF racers to plan to arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. Thank you and see you at WCF!

The 2016 WCF Rulebook is now online!
There have been several revisions for this year to achieve even better parity, so make sure you review them closely. If the rule is in BLACK text, then it is the same as 2015. If the rule is in BLUE text, then it has been revised for 2016.
There have been countless hours and a lot of effort that has been put into the 2016 rules, and we appreciate the hundreds of racers that have sent in their input this summer for us to consider. We wish the best of luck to all 2016 WCF Racers and we will see you at MDIR on Nov 4-6th!

If you want to race at WCF, and you didn't make the 400 list, be sure to tune in LIVE at 7pm. This is your last and only chance to race at WCF!
MBP has placed a specific gravity fuel cap of .799 on the True Street and Super Street class at WCF.
We will have a digital specific gravity tester on site to make sure everyone is legal. We have a Kavlico Dielectric Fuel tester to check gasolines. As for ethanol blended fuels… just about every E85 to E98 type fuel is still legal for WCF such as: E85 - X85 - C85 - X98 - E98 - Rocket - FTW Clear, Green, Orange, Super 99 – and other similar type fuels).
This revision has been made to keep competitors from mixing up certain “hot and heavy” fuels and “other additives” in their ethanol fuels. You can check with your fuel supplier as they all list the specific gravity of their fuel to make sure you are good to go. Good luck to all WCF Racers!

Things are getting serious at WCF... Mickey Thompson Tires has funded bringing IHRA’s National Event Equipment to the Haltech World Cup Finals on Nov 4-6th!
No other independent event will have this much prep equipment on site!
All of this extra equipment is in addition to all of Maryland International Raceway’s existing track prep equipment! MDIR is already one of the best in the business, but this will make clean-ups and track prep 2 to 3 times faster than ever before!
