This is a complete kit needed to assemble a 4.6 2V block and heads, includes 2 chains, 2 fixed guides, 2 pivoting guides, Bolt-on style camshaft sprockets, lower crankshaft sprocket and 2 hydraulic Tensioners. All parts are high quality Brand new factory FORD, sprockets are High Quality melling Brand.

Would this work on a 4v Teksid block? just missing secondary Gears and Chains?

Parts of it would, the primary chains, tensioners and sprockets, the guides however will not, the specific part # for the MMR 4v kit is 400007
