Are there any Jeep-equivalent forums as great as SVTP?

What model Jeep?

Whichever is the most stripped down, no-frills model. I don't care if it doesn't even have any carpet. It'll be for getting me around in this city (Houston, TX) when we get our usual floods. I need something that can get through a few feet of water, hop curbs, go up or down the occasional side of an over pass. I work in hospitals, and when the weather is at its worst is when I most need to get to work.

I also don't care about how old it is. If I can get parts, I can fix it myself.
