Car was recovered yesterday abandoned. Amazingly they took nothing and im not sure they even got it started, just damage to the hood and bumper along with the front suspension. Will know more when i get it on a rack. Not even the radar detector was stolen. They must have saw it was an 01 and dumped it? Strange. Very happy to have her back.

the only time i heard from the cops was when i reported it stolen and when they had a dispatch person call me to let me know it was ready for pickup. Very lucky for them to find it in one piece.

Wow, I never honestly expected you'd get it back in other than stripped condition. Happy that you got it back with minimal injuries. Will your insurance pay for the repairs?

Even if they cut the battery it'll last a week or two on battery. Sends a text when it leaves preset areas then a location every minute. Plus you can see it on the map when ever you want for piece of mind. For the price pretty handy.

Me either, Insurance did pay for a new stock hood and bumper and paint. I was lucky to find an original 01 cobra ford hood and bumper. I have actually listed her for sale. No major damage to the vehicle just the hood and bumper. The only thing i can think of is that the idiots thought it was an 03 and saw it was an 01 and dumped it.
