Brake booster line on cobra jet intake manifold .

Can anyone tell me what the correct way to hook up the brake booster line is? I currently have it hooked up to the lower connector of the CJ manifold , while the upper connector goes to the valve i took off the original throttle body..

Is this correct ? The car is running fine aside from a false knock issue im trying to hunt down.. I have been meaning to ask this question in regards the brake booster line? can anyone confirm which connector the booster should go to? Top or Bottom? see pic.
