Check out this vid of Whipple's 2018 Mustang GT with their new 3.0L Twin-Screw Supercharger being tested. With just a baseline development tune the car jumped from a stock 404 RWHP to 690 RWHP. I think it's safe to say that once aftermarket tuners get their hands on this kit we're be seeing bone stock cars with a Whipple making mid-700's RWHP:

If you guys would like to see more Whipple info let me know. We're talking to Whipple about doing a series of articles taking you way behind the scenes on the development of this kit.

With the updates Whipple is doing, I don't think they need a 3L to compete with the TVS2650. The 3L might actually be a replacement for the 3.4. That one was supposed to be a "streetable" big blower, but it requires a bit too many compromises on a street car.

Wow. Awesome.
So, I "assume" that this is on pump gas and still passes emissions. Amazing.

Thought I read it was on 91 octane. Should get interesting on E85, higher RPMs and high boost.
More than likely it is on 91 octane as most of their tunes are. Same with Roush.
E85 would be nice!

This thing looks great, however I got a memo saying 2018 was the year of 800 rwhp on pump gas!

Probably a good assumption. Their kits are 50 state legal when used with their included tune! Pretty crazy.

On 15-17's they make over 700whp on the Whipple tune.

The 2018 setup with the Gen 3 should be bonkers.

Whipple and ProCharger are killing it with the 2018's.
These cars are no joke when adding F/I. They make crazy power and run 10's with pump gas. Impressive.
