What are the best Dremel bits to use for porting a blower case? As an interim measure, ive decided to pull apart my blower and port the case. Not going to look nice or fancy, but it should do the trick.

Am i looking for cutting bits, diamond bits, all metal?

And be careful with the cutting bits. I used those to port some iron head and while it did a great jot on aluminum it would be easy to take off way too much.

I wouldn't think it would work any better. Aluminum cuts very easy. It doesn't dull a cutting tool, but it will get hot and stick to the cutting edgesl diminishing it's ability to cut. WD-40 is an aerosol and easy to keep the surface moist which is key. Don't let it get dry. Some of the penetrating stuff stinks.
