Not mint, but probably 8/10. I can't tell if they just need a good scrub, or if some sort of coating is coming off on two of them. Oddly enough just the front 19's. Maybe you can tell from the pics. Very minimal rash too, more like dings. Just wheels and SVT center caps, no sensors.
I have another set just like this and was going to run the 20's all around but would rather have the money for something else.
