Complete kit minus the brackets that bolt to the floor. The brackets that bolt the subs to the amp rack are included. Subs and amps look to be in good shape. The HU faceplate has some damage on the front.
My car came from the factory with the Mach 1000 and it sounds excellent for being stock. I highly recommend it if you want something that doesn't take up the entire trunk.
