I'm still awaiting as well for my Canadian R vin # , ordered June 1 2016 , order # was priority 10 and my dealer tells me it's now production priority 2 . Dealer says thats the highest????

Rs are still going to be selling at a big premium. It would still be nice if they wouldn't make so many of them, though. They can make all the "regular" GT350s they want.

I'd rather they flipped it. Pump out hordes and hordes of R models and just sell a few regular GT350's. That way more might actually use the R model as intended - ridden hard and put away wet. Rape those that are looking for a cruiser instead.

i think the exclusivity of the R is pretty cool but is also a reason i cannot have one. i could swing one at msrp but those are hard to come by

It literally just came off the line. It hasn't gone to the Mod Shop yet for wheels, spoiler, rear seat delete carpet, etc.
