Nitrogen? Or did you mean nitrous? I’m sure the motor would be ok depending on how much boost/shot you run. I ran a Supercharger on an internally stock 302 with 100k miles on it. I had no issues until I ran 15 pounds of boost through it, and that even took some time to cause an issue. The issue was just blown seals at that point, so yes these motors are pretty stout. But like anything, if you over do it then it won't last.
