Ok...I have 2011 5.0 with the Roush TVS, 85mm pulley, 47# injectors, stock Roush airbox. I also now have the 9.5 Aluminator I just put in. I want to go with the 79mm pulley. According to your website it states:

79MM pulley for Roush 2.3L TVS Supercharger kit on 2011+ 5.0L Mustang.

Increases boost to ~10psi when stock enclosed airbox is used, +2.5 over stock.

Supercharger kit comes from Roush with a 90MM pulley that makes 7-8psi.

The smallest pulley you can run without needing fuel upgrades.

May be used with pump gas.

Black anodized aluminum.

*Ti-VCT settings will change boost, quoted boost numbers based on VMP Tune.

Just want to make sure I'm good to go with the 79mm pulley with my setup before I make purchase and will this require a tune adjustment? I'm running your VMP tune. Thanks guys.

Hey,

Maybe I can shed some light. There are a few changes I would recommend, one being the injectors. The 47 lbs probably won't cut it if you're looking to run that kind of boost. I would definitely upgrade to the ID1000 or the 56lb, if not more depending on the specific tune. Can it? Probably, but I don't really know how effective you're going to be.

Then a boost-a-pump or fuel system would be beneficial, but it seems like you're wanting to stay with the stock fuel items the kit came with.

An updated tune is going to be necessary, most likely.
