Issues with Baffled 03/04 Cobra Tank Taking Fuel

I put the tank in the below link in my 03 Mach 1 with a Cobra hat and Walbro pumps. I also put in a new vapor valve and new filler neck. When I go to add fuel it just will not go into the tank. I have tried undoing the evap lines and fuel lines and it still wont take the fuel. I'm stumped now. Anyone have any clue as to why this is happening?

Isnt there a check vavle in the bottom of the filler neck? Put it in backwards maybe?

Trying to remember when I had mine out last year. Isnt there a vent right on the filler neck that goes somewhere?

I figured it out, the new vapor valve was stuck closed

Well it was working fine but now I'm having the issue again.

Im sorry but where is the vapor valve? The piece on the end of the filler neck?

EDIT: Ok I see which piece it is.

I really doubt this is a problem with a failed part. It probably has something to do with what you did on the install. I was a tech at a large shop for 8 yrs and never had anyone show up saying they couldn't put gas in their car.

Id take a look at the piece on the end of the filler neck.
