JMO Transition

Any other "JMOs" that have gotten out recently with opinions or advise on the post military job hunt?

Currently using a head hunter, I won't name them but their known for the amount of prep they require.

It's been 12 years since I made the transition, but I used several head hunters and also tried on my own. Ultimately it was through one of my own searches that I found my new job in the First Civ Div.
