Great to see these dogs get the love and attention they deserve! Our own pit is a rescue and the best damn dog you could ever want.
They're great dogs, I will always own pit bulls. Rousey was a rescue also. She is very mellow and couldn't be nicer to everyone.

the wife has been hounding me (pun intended) about rescuing another dog since out last passed in may from cancer.
I've been putting it off not wanting to get another and mess up Max's life as a 13 year old senior. however I finally broke down to look at one named willy at a shelter event.
however willy and max did not mesh well at all. My biggest complaint was that I've always wanted another German wirehaired pointer since I was a young kids. we had to leave ours behind when my mom got divorced from her military ex husband. fast forward from that 27 years and while we are asking to see willy a lady walks up with a female gwh. just thinking she was there like us looking for another dog not thinking she was up for adoption. when things didn't work out with willy we went back to the tent and asked about her , low and behold she just came up for adoption that morning.
She was a surrender, 4 years old just as sweet as can be and her and her little old brother get along as great as they could.

Yes sir...a female...trained in home protection, personal protection, extensive bite work and about to start sent work for search and rescue. I have never ever, ever, ever owned a dog that literally give a **** about another dog. She is muammar ghadafi in regards to she don't even look there way...lol

I've got a Bloodhound/Coonhound mix, she was a handful until she hit about four years. Fantastic dog, sweetest thing ever. They require some patience due to their independence but they're worth it.
Nice! Want one so bad.
