Just installed a lfp crank pulley kit with stock size ring (for now) and the belt I use to have in it doesn’t want to fit anymore, any reason why you guys think it would fit? I ordered a bigger belt from oreillys hoping it fit. I put the idler pulley on the 2nd hole since the other hole is for 6,8and 10lb pulleys and first hole is for 0,2 and 4lb.

Measure the pulley, stock size is 7.5" if I remember correctly. Did you upgrade your idlers to 100mm versions?

I measured it and it’s a 7.5 and also put it against the stock one and they are exactly the same. And no kept the metco 90mm idlers I already had

I also had problem on belt.

I did 4lb and followed chart..I had to put a smaller idler at bottom to make belt fit.

Just curious. Why didn't you just get a re-sized belt that fit? Would have been cheaper than replacing the idler.

I had asked about boost and belt length before..prior to site change.

I was sent to another thread to read.

thread had stated they the length of belt does effect it.

so I wanted to keep the shorter belt, and being it needed to roll being a daily..I took an old inner 6rib and used it ..belt just made it on after many tries
